3.1 Sharing with other Exquisitive users

We may share with other users selected content you have posted, your player name, and selected information that you have provided. Prior to any of your content and information being shared, you will be informed that this content and information may be shared and you will be able to withhold permission for this, in which case it will not be shared.

Other users may share content that you have agreed to have shared, including your player name, on other social media through share functions that we provide.

3.2 Sharing With Partners

We work with service providers who globally support our business, such as providing technical infrastructure services and data storage. We transfer information to these partners. We also work with third party measurement and analytics providers in order to improve our Services, and we share non-personally identifiable information with them. All of the partners to which we transfer information must adhere to strict data protection obligations in a way that is consistent with legal requirements and this Privacy Policy.

If the ownership or control of all or part of our Services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

We will retain the information we collect on you until such time as you delete your TripMonsters account. However, you can at any time request us to delete the information that we have collected about you and we will do this within the time specified by law at the time you make the request.

4.4 Right to lodge a complaint

While we endeavour at all times to fulfil our obligations and uphold your rights, you have the right to make a complaint about our management of the information we collect on you to the relevant supervisory authority for data protection.
